- A person merges every pull request in GitHub unless you turn on "CTO merges automatically" for a project; production deployments always need a person.
Fees (summary, not the legal text)
Each role on your team is a seat with a monthly fee, and you choose a monthly credit budget on top. The trial lasts 14 days with the trial team and up to 4,000 credits. Stripe keeps your card and charges nothing before day 14; cancel before then and nothing is charged.
- Seat fees per month: CTO $199, Senior engineer $149, Junior engineer $79, Reviewer $79, QA $79, Worker $29. A seat fee is the same on every model. one agent at a time (parallel capacity), the product and support
- Credit budget: the budget is a hard cap; when it runs out new work pauses and running work finishes. One credit is $0.01. Unused credits expire at the end of each month.
- Top-ups are optional one-time packs charged now on your saved card: 10,000 credits for $100, 50,000 credits for $500. They expire with the cycle.
- Billing: sum of seat fees + chosen monthly credit budget Amounts are in USD. Changes are prorated: an added or removed seat for the rest of the month; a budget raise is charged now, a cut applies from the next cycle.
